This weekend we took a little family trip to the Memphis Zoo. We spent the day Friday in Southaven shopping, having a family dinner date at Texas Roadhouse (yummy), and spent the night. Saturday morning we hit the Memphis Zoo early. After 6 long, fun-filled hours at the zoo, we headed back home. Kamryn had so much fun seeing all of the animals; everything with horns were deer, everything that semi-resembled a dog was a dog, same thing with a cat! It is so hard to get beyond the basics with a 1 year old....but she enjoyed seeing LOTS of deer, dogs, cats, fish, etc. :) I love to watch her experience new and exciting things!

Going for a swim but not before I steal Daddy's phone earpiece and run from Mama so she can't take it away. Apparently this is hilarious and so much fun for Kamryn.

OMG! We were so gonna go to the Memphis Zoo this past Saturday!! We didn't make it but it would have been fun to run into you guys! Of course you probably wouldn't even had known who we were, but it would have been fun! Love that swim suit too!
