It's a BOY!

Everyone was right....we are having a BOY! We are thrilled! :)

19 weeks

Baby Aguilar #2 has hit a growth spurt...weighing 8 1/2 ounces and 6 inches long! His/her brain is designating specialized areas for smell, taste, hearing, vision, and touch. He/she can probably hear our voices now! Hair is now sprouting too...I wonder what color hair he/she will have.

Tomorrow is the BIG day! We find out if Baby Aguilar #2 will be a boy or girl. Jimmy thinks BOY and Kamryn seems to think GIRL. We shall see (hopefully). Then we have to buckle down and pick a name so I can stop referring to this baby as Baby Aguilar #2. :)

18 weeks

Baby Aguilar is about the size of a sweet potato at about 5 ½ inches long and about 7 ounces. He/she is getting large enough for me to feel the twisting, rolling, kicking, and punching in the womb. I feel little quick flutters now! He/she is developing a unique set of toe and fingerprints. We can now find out if we are having a boy or girl. Our sonogram appointment is set for the day after Jimmy gets home from work....next Thursday! Can’t wait!
