...3 years today...

Today is our 3 year anniversary. I am blessed FAR BEYOND what I deserve! Jimmy is the best husband and father that I could have ever dreamed of. To this day, we still make mistakes and learn how to be better for each other and our family-that's part of growing together. But no matter what, we are faithfully committed to making each other happy and being the best couple and parents we can be. I feel like I've known and loved Jimmy all of my life. I honestly can't imagine my life before him....it feels like he's always been a part of me. I love that I can say, without a doubt, Jimmy is my best-friend.....and as cheesy as it may sound, I honestly believe when God created Jimmy He had me in mind. Thank you God for blessing me with this man because I couldn't do it without him. We owe it all to YOU!

I never knew that there was "love for your husband" and "love for the father of your child". They are different....but one just makes the other stronger. Seeing Jimmy with Kamryn made me love him more than I thought possible.

So....Kamryn now has a dollhouse....which, by the way, is bigger than she is. She loves it! It has a little potty and bathtub. Yes, she takes "ba-bie" potty and bath. :) She is so smart.

Potty Update

I have to tell everyone that Kamryn is potty trained. Yes, I said POTTY TRAINED! She has been for about a month now. I am so proud of her! We bought the potty a couple of months ago to just have it around in the bathroom...not FORCING her to use it....we just made it fun, no big deal. She loved it! It took her a few weeks to get from- we just happened, by chance, to put her on the potty when she needed to go....to crying "Potty" as it ran down her leg....to knowing before it actually happened that she needed to tell us "I potty" so we could go in time. I am one proud Mama!

trip to see the Burrell's

Last week, Kamryn and I visited friends in Texas. Jimmy was at work, so he couldn't join us. Kamryn and I made the 6 hour drive all alone....and both if us did pretty good actually. Kamryn slept most of the time because we left around 4am going there and coming home. So our first big (solo) road trip was a success. :)

We were so happy to go visit Lindy, Allen, Hayden, Zachary, and Asha. I was even able to see Lindy's mom, Bekka, JJ, and Addie...so that was a wonderful bonus to our trip. Kamryn really enjoyed playing with the boys! We took them to the zoo and swimming in the lake, but she was just as happy to play on their swing set or ride in the gator!

We are happy to be home but miss them all terribly. I'm still on my "get Lindy to move home" campaign....so we will see! We are looking forward to them coming back home to Mississippi soon!
