Family Pictures

Sukie was kind enough to take more family pictures for us a couple of weeks ago. As always, she did a wonderful job and we love them.

...trips to the library...

Taking Kamryn to the library brings back very special memories for me...as a child my Mawmaw took me to the library and I LOVED to get new books when we returned the ones I had already finished. My Mawmaw was a very special person in my life and she has now gone HOME to be with the Lord. That's why these moments that bring back special memories of her are extra special now. Thanks to my Mawmaw I loved to read as a child and I hope I can pass that along to Kamryn.

I took Kamryn, Alyssa and Ashlyn to the library last week. This was Kamryn's first trip to the library....she enjoyed it but didn't understand why she couldn't run around and play. I guess 1 1/2 is still too young to understand that the library is a quiet place. This child LOVES books and to read so the library was a hit....she also enjoyed the Curious George stuffed animal and the world globe (which she thought was a BALL).

HAIR CUT

Kamryn finally had her first hair cut. This is yet another milestone that makes me realize that she is growing up too fast. She was an angel for Mrs. Jackie....she just sat there and enjoyed being pampered.

We have had a pretty good summer so far. Kamryn has enjoyed spending time with her cousins, Alyssa and Ashlyn. They are good company for her because playing with Mama can get boring after awhile.

I am very thankful to have so many wonderful men in my life to celebrate on Father's Day! My husband, dad, step-dad, grandparents.....so HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to you all...I love you all!

Graduation

I am a little late in my post...but I wanted to say CONGRATS to all of the 2010 graduates...especially Ethan, Beau, and Samantha. We are happy for all of you and wish you lots of luck and success in the future!

Gosh...I can't believe my little brother has graduated high school....

Potty Time

We have been trying out the potty for a couple of weeks. She has seemed fine with using it but I wasn't being very consistent. This week I have decided it's time for ME to serious because she seems ready to use her "big girl potty". Today is day three and she is doing great!
